AccuTite by Inmode, is a cutting-edge, minimally invasive cosmetic procedure designed to target small, delicate areas of the face and body. This non-surgical treatment utilizes radiofrequency energy to combat sagging skin, unveiling a more youthful appearance. It’s the pinnacle of advanced under-eye and small-area contouring and refinement, effectively remodeling skin and delivering remarkable results in skin contouring and contraction. AccuTite is the smallest contraction device in cosmetic medicine, allowing physicians to apply controlled radiofrequency contraction, reducing the need for more invasive surgeries. It’s the latest addition to the radiofrequency-assisted lipo-coagulation (RFAL) family of technologies.

How Does it Work

Accutite gently treats fat in hard-to-reach areas with pinpoint accuracy while contouring the skin, helping and sculpting the body into its ultimate shape.  A specialized Accutite handpiece is inserted under the skin through small incisions. This handpiece emits controlled radiofrequency (RF) energy that heats and liquefies excess fat cells, making them easier to remove during the procedure.  Simultaneously, a thin cannula is used to gently suction out the liquefied fat, effectively reducing fat deposits in the targeted area.

What to Expect During Treatment

WHOW Aesthetics typically combines liposuction and Morpheus8 RF Microneedling with Accutite treatments.  Clients get the benefits of the minimally invasive radiofrequency-assisted skin tightening (Accutite) with traditional liposuction to achieve more comprehensive body contouring. In addition, Morpheus8 RF enhances extra skin tightening and promotes remodeling of sub-epidermal adipose tissue. Here’s what happens during this combined procedure:

  • Consultation - Before the treatment, we provide a thorough consultation with our qualified physician to discuss the client’s goals, concerns, and suitability for the combined procedure.
  • Pre-Procedure and Consent: Clients will be given the opportunity to review all pre-procedure instructions and sign all necessary consents.
  • Anesthesia & Prep : The client will receive oral and local anesthesia, and tumescent solution to numb the treatment area to ensure comfort during the procedure.
  • Incisions: Small incisions are made in discreet locations near the treatment area. These incisions allow for the insertion of a thin probe for Accutite and a cannula for liposuction.
  • Accutite (Radiofrequency Skin Tightening): A specialized Accutite handpiece is used to deliver controlled radiofrequency energy to the target area. This RF energy is precisely directed to the deeper layers of the skin and underlying tissue.  The RF energy heats the deep tissue layers, causing controlled thermal injury. This heat stimulates collagen production, which is essential for skin firmness and elasticity.
  • Skin Tightening: The RF energy from the  Accutite procedure continues to tighten the skin during the process, helping to prevent sagging and achieving a smoother appearance.
  • Liposuction: Simultaneously with the Accutite procedure, a thin cannula is inserted through a separate incision. Liposuction is used to remove the liquefied fat. Liposuction helps to sculpt and contour the treated area more effectively.
  • Closure: The small incisions are closed with sutures or adhesive strips
  • Morpheus8 RF microneedling – We finish off the procedure by treating the area with Morpheus8 RF microneedling.  Compression garment are applied to aid in healing and to reduce swelling.

Recovery is generally quicker than that of traditional surgical facelifts. Clients may experience some mild swelling and bruising, which typically subside within a few days.  Prophylactic oral and topical antibiotics for the incision ports may be prescribed at the physician’s discretion.  Clients can return to normal activities relatively quickly.  Downtime can be 1-2 days to 10 days.

Results

Improvement of contour may be seen immediately.  Over time, the results of the combined Accutite with liposuction procedure become more noticeable as any post-procedural swelling decreases and the skin continues to tighten. Results improve gradually over 3-12 months.  Best results are noticeable after 6 weeks and will continue over the next 12 months.
